4. Pulses Diet

Consumable – Air-popped popcorn, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed, dried fruits, oats, coconut water, moong dal, walnuts, almonds.

To avoid – Soft drinks, non-veg, tea, coffee, cheese, fried foods, spicy food, junk food, sauces, maggie, biscuits, pasta, ice-cream.
